Our products mainly include children’s wooden toys, wooden puzzles, stacking and sorting toys, educational play products, pretend-play sets, small home accessories, ornaments, and gift items.
Return Window
You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date your order is marked as delivered, unless a different return condition is stated on the product page.
Return requests submitted after the 30-day period may not be accepted.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:

Minor natural variations in wood grain, color, texture, or finish are normal characteristics of wooden products and are not generally considered defects.
For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been placed in a child’s mouth or used in a way that affects cleanliness may not be eligible for return.
Home Accessories and Gift Items
Small home accessories, decorative products, and gift items must be returned unused and undamaged.
