Wood is a natural material. Wooden toys and accessories may have minor differences in:

These natural differences make each product slightly unique and are not normally considered defects.

Minor variations in size, finish, paint placement, or appearance may also occur between production batches.

Products should be kept away from excessive moisture, direct heat, and prolonged sunlight unless the product instructions state otherwise.

Children’s Toy Safety

Parents, guardians, and caregivers are responsible for selecting products suitable for a child’s age, abilities, and intended use.

Always follow the age recommendation, safety warnings, assembly instructions, and adult-supervision guidance provided on the product page, packaging, or instruction materials.

Before each use, an adult should inspect the product for:

The order cannot reasonably be fulfilled

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

We currently ship within the United States only.

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, address issues, high order volume, or events outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

When an order cannot be shipped within the stated or reasonably expected period, we may contact the customer regarding a revised delivery date, cancellation, or refund, as required by applicable law.

Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, damaged products, and refunds are governed by our separate Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Returned products must meet the eligibility and condition requirements stated in that policy.

Items that are used, assembled, altered, damaged after delivery, incomplete, or missing original components may not qualify for a full refund unless the issue resulted from a defect or fulfillment error.

This section does not limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Personalized and Final Sale Products

Personalized, customized, made-to-order, clearance, or final-sale products may have different cancellation and return conditions.

These items may not be eligible for return or cancellation after preparation or production has started, except when they arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from the order.

Any applicable restrictions will be stated on the product page, at checkout, or in our Refund & Return Policy.

Website Content and Intellectual Property
