Shipping Area

We currently ship orders within the United States only.

Orders placed with a shipping address outside our supported area may be canceled and refunded to the original payment method.

Products We Ship

Our products mainly include children’s wooden toys, wooden puzzles, stacking and sorting toys, educational play products, pretend-play sets, small home accessories, and gift items.

Some products may have different packaging and shipping requirements depending on their size, weight, material, or design.

Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays.

Processing may include order verification, product inspection, packaging, and shipping label preparation. Additional processing time may be required during holidays, promotional periods, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping Carriers and Delivery

We work with shipping providers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and other logistics partners.

Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout where available. Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier delays, address problems, or other circumstances outside our control.

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages and arrive on different dates.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination, package size, weight, and selected shipping method.

Free standard shipping is available on orders totaling $68.00 or more after discounts are applied.

Additional charges may apply to oversized, heavy, fragile, or specially packaged items. Any applicable charges will be displayed before checkout is completed.

Packaging

We inspect and package each order carefully before shipment.

Children’s wooden toys and small home gifts may be packed with protective wrapping, cushioning materials, product boxes, or sturdy shipping cartons to help reduce the risk of damage during transit.

Because wood is a natural material, minor differences in grain, color, and texture may occur. These natural variations are not generally considered product defects or shipping damage.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Please allow some time for the carrier’s system to update after the package has been collected.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, including any apartment, suite, or unit number.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an address error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

We are not responsible for delays, returned packages, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

If an order is returned because of an address issue, additional shipping fees may apply before the package is resent.

Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly and provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the outer packaging
  • Clear photos of the damaged item
  • A brief description of the issue

Please keep the product and original packaging until the issue has been reviewed.

If a package appears lost or significantly delayed, contact us with your order number and tracking information. We will review the shipment and assist with contacting the carrier where possible.

After review, an eligible replacement or refund may be provided according to our Refund & Return Policy.

Wooden Toy Safety

Please inspect children’s wooden toys before use.

Do not allow a child to use a product that is cracked, broken, incomplete, or has loose parts. Always follow the age recommendation, safety warnings, assembly instructions, and adult-supervision guidance shown on the product page or packaging.

All packaging materials should be removed and kept away from children before the product is used.
